It has now been 2 years since we purchased (June 2022) a mini cooper from Carzuka and we never got the comfort of enjoying the car. within a month of purchasing the vehicle was already smoking and lots of engine parts missing which we were never told of. Unfortunately, we signed staff not aware that we were just signing our money away. We engaged carzuka several times, but they never bothered to take action. Even though my lawyers said the matter will take about 3 years to be resolved but am still not happy with the service of Carzuka. Thanks
Hellopeter, you asked if i would recommend a friend or colleague based on the experience i had to Carzuka. The answer to that is NO, I dont want south african or any other person to go through what i been through. However this case i will never take it light, am still going to expose them until the come to agreement or sort of deal. D Masete
I am very disappointed with Carzuka dealership in Eastgate. I bought a mini cooper S cash on the 11th June 2022 and about a month the car started giving me problems. The car was smoking bad at the time i bought and was told that the smoke will fade away in time because the car was standing for some time. I tried to engage their sales guy Mpho to book the car at their workshop to see the problem and he never entertained me. I also engaged their management to assist but they said to me i accepted the car as it is, is no longer their problem. Just R158k lost within a month and now the car is not in driving conditions. Parked at the Garage
