Avoid DIY Electronics: Poor Service and Communication

Placed an order with DIY Electronics on 2024/06/27. According to their website, the order has been shipped. However, when trying to track the package on the courier company's website, there are numerous notifications indicating that the courier was notified but unable to collect the package. I called DIY Electronics on 2024/07/03 to request assistance and clarity. Today is 2024/07/05, and I have still not heard back from them or received any assistance. The courier tracking still shows that the package was not collected. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and communication from DIY Electronics. If you expect any level of customer service, I strongly advise against using this company.

Its a scam

Wish I read all these reviews sooner. My story is the same as all the others. Place an order Pay Then get a notification that they are out of stock. Send your banking details for a refund. Then you never hear of them again . . . If you get hold of them they dont answer you . . . . .
