Extremely satisfied!!
Went for our 10th Anniversary, the staff and service was absolutely amazing! We didn't wait too long for our meals to be served and they made our dessert extra special with a little note on the side wishing us all the best. This is definitely a place I cannot wait to go to again! Love the fact that this restaurant is super stylish and elegant, definitely a heals and make up type or vibe! The music matched the vibe...

Pathetic services
For the past week, 2 mtn stores has given us the run around, mtn zevenwaght hardly had ANYTHING we were looking for.... Mtn vangate mall was the pits for me! They don't answer their phones and if they do, you pretty lucky!!! What a waste of a whole week run around ... would definitely not recommend!

Slow, unnecessary services
Had the worst experience yesterday.. ordered my food via uber eats as a pick up, as I had a promo and was in the area.. order stated done on the app after 30 minutes waiting period. 30 minutes turned out to 55 minutes!! For ONE pizza! While others kept walking away with 3 to 4 boxes at a time.... the dude who helped us had zero interest in getting our order done.. but to wait and wait and wait... this place won't see me again anytime soon.

Waste of money and a rip off.
Dip n dip canal walk was an awful experience and a complete waste of money.. we took our kids there Sunday the 27th November and ordered 2 x number 2 on the list and 1 X number 3 (The blueberry pancakes with blueberry syrup and cream ) . The blueberry syrup so much that it was overflowing the plate, like they literally just emptied out their last container over my kids pancakes! Anyway.. we called the waiter and explained that my kids cannot eat this as all the syrup is burning their throat, I asked if it can be re-done but as a take away as we had to leave. 10 minutes later we had our new order and left, we got home only to see that the replacement was 4 x dry pancakes and 1 small tub golden syrup. Are you serious???? Did I just pay R90 for this? They could have at leats added a substitute fruit in ace of blueberries to make it at least LOOK worth R90!! Never again though.. would definitely not recommend!!!

Happy continuous customer
I've only been using netflorist for about a year, I like that there are halaal items to choose from as well and majority of their things are available for Same day delivery, perfect for spur of the moment surprises to the people you love! Customer service, for me personally is top notch! Always someone ready and waiting to assist with whatever queries I have.. great job guys! Even delivery staff is friendly!

Amazing services!
Thee most amazing, fancy, super lavish fully halaal restaurant, only 7 months old and extremely top notch! They are based just 2 minutes away from Canal walk itself. A place worth every penny!
