0861 Banner - STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered a square hanging banner and even though approved artwork was sent and confirmed it two weeks of constant fighting to get something from them....the most clueless and terrible customer service ever, with the most hogwash excuses every time... Most amusing was ''it did not pass QC so we had to start again....'' Worst came when i got the product....talk about cheap and nasty and dirty... The most flimsy frame and printing on a material which resembled canvass.....terrible!!!!!
