Use at own risk
This company, like Mweb, has been one the most toxic companies I've ever had to deal with. I haven't got internet in two weeks, I've cancelled with them. They still billed me. Called to fix the issue, agent answers and dropped the call, and this happened so many times. it usually takes 25 minutes for an agent to answer a call. first month I joined them, they left me for a whole without internet. Now I've finally cancelled, I guess because now that they've billed me, no internet for last month. beware ⚠️

Zero Service - Useless company

GPO CREW Heidelberg is a Huge ****
We needed an AMG A250 Headlight and fender. We paid in full, and as soon as they received our money, communication broke down. Erika became a huge ***** of a person when I confronted her about the spare parts we needed. We ended up getting a part elsewhere. We requested for a refund, its now been 4 weeks, no refund. They don't even answer their calls anymore, we believe we have been ****med. We are now working on getting lawyers involved. Do yourself a huge favor, spend your money elsewhere. This company is a huge ****.

Terrible company
This has been the worst company I've ever worked with. They just straight avoid your calls, the entire stuff is always unavailable to communicate with, Jennifer is the WORST individual I've dealt with so far. Refuses/ evade to pay back your deposits, wont figure out invoices mistakes. Do yourself a favor, spend your money elsewhere. This is for your own sake.
