Untenable long midmorning delay in obtaining prebooked, prepaid car.
It took 2 hours to finally obtain the keys to a prebooked, prepaid car despite having pre filled contract, The car was booked for 10.30 and we finally drove out at 12.30. Fortunately this time we did not have preplanned business meetings, but under normal situations as a business person, this would be an untenable situation and we may have been forced to join the several customers who walked away from your counters because of the very long delay with no apparent good reason. . It was on a Friday mid morning, not even rush hour . The staff were trying their best m but clearly the systems let them down.

Professional passionate and caring
I have used van den Berg Inc twice to obtain the necessary documents for a study visa for the Czech Republic and Alta went way way above and beyond in both situations. In the second case, due to my error, Alta had to work under extreme time pressure and was excellent at keeping me informed on the progress of the documentation, eventually hand delivering the documents to me on time, despite strikes, illness, loadshedding and every other obstacle that could possibly have been thrown in her way. Alta is passionate about helping, and is very professional and gives excellent service.
