Poor customer service by cashier named Ruth
cashier named Ruth at PEP CELL KHAYELITSHA MALL told me that I was standing in the wrong queue and that I needed to start again from the back. Mind you I’m nine months heavily pregnant and despite a gentleman kindly offering to let me go before him after she said I must go at the back of the queue, she still refused to assist me instead, she just stood there and glared at me eventually assisted me with an attitude. I was so appalled

Absolutely disappointed with Grinnell Security Services
A security stuff member that works for Grinnell Security Company who works at complex where I stay watched me getting ******. So this is where the story begins when he first worked for our complex/estate, the very first conversation he tried to have with me was he would like to come over at my place and have lunch which I politely turned him down now from there things got a little bit awkward between him and I. On the 19th of July around 2am which was on a Friday I had just got back at to where I stay from a friend's place. Me and my Indriver driver we were having a misunderstanding as she was refusing for me to pay her by card/transfer, when the security approached the car and he told the lady not to park there, now upon his arrival he noticed there is a bit of a commotion or misunderstanding between me and the Indriver lady, I actually complained to him about the lady driver as she was utterly rude to me throughout the entire trip. Now as I was sending her the cashsend she snatched my phone as well as my handbag while the security was just standing there with his hands on his pockets almost the entire time, the only thing that he did was to just take a picture of the car registration which I already had. So basically he stood there and watched me getting ****** the whole time with his hands on his pockets until the lady eventually drove off with my belongings and her car passenger door was even open and the security had ample of opportunity and time to stop the ******* from happening. He did not even want to get involved to get the sense of what was happening. I was expecting him to at least help me or try to intervene and one of the resident called the Police, he did not even want to speak the Police as he was the only witness and a security stuff member that was present during the time of the scene/*******. he literally was just standing very far like do not get me involve in a sense. That's not the end of it he went on to spread a rumor(s) about me saying that I probably did not have money to pay and I was trying to run away and that did not sit well with me because at the end of the day it was only a R50 trip which I paid and had not intention of not paying it, I even handed the evidence to the Police of the proof of payment furthermore he went on Facebook and went around saying he is going to sue me and my friends because we posted the matter on Facebook for awareness incase people see the car and there was no mention of him/his name or a Company. The Facebook post had absolutely nothing to do with him. I reported the issue of this Security individual to his manager by the name of Andre at Grinnell Security and I have not received any feedback from him and I sent a follow up email today to find out what did Grinnell Security do with regards to the security as he still very much work at where I stay and things are beyond intense between us and I am not comfortable at all and Grinnell Security decided to do Zilch about it.

I bought Nike sneakers for 1600 a month ago on the 15 of August to be precise I still have not received them and to think my friend warned me prior buying those sneakers 💔🥺 I am utterly sad and disappointed ☹️
