my name is percival masina and i paying my credit more than two years and they promise to help until now i am still waiting in vain, no feedback from them , they give me poor service.
From December 2021 until May 2022 I made monthly payments of R2500, for a total of R15,000, via debit order to Finwell Legal Services with the understanding that doing so would clear my name from being blacklisted. However,after checking my credit score I found out I am still blacklisted, and my attempts to contact Finwell Legal Services have failed. They do not respond to my emails and I need advice on what course of action to take. Finwell Legal Services need to either clear my name or refund the money that I have paid, otherwise this is theft, plain and simple. I am very unhappy about this.
On 05/09/2022 I contacted Old Mutual in order to approve payment of my retirement policy and it was approved. I was told it would be paid within 15 days. I then contacted Old Mutual today (20/09/2022) to confirm the payment, only to be told to wait another 15 days. This is both frustrating and unacceptable as I have creditors in the form of my landlord and my daughter's school who are expecting payment from me this week. I am now stressed out and feel truly let down by what I can only describe as dismal customer service from Old Mutual. As it is I am telling my friends and relatives to start shopping for another insurance provider so they don't suffer the same disappointment I have.
