I only wish I’d read your reviews and those of BBB before trying to order from this company. I am unfortunately learning that ANYtime you order from ANY company, you must check their reviews. My husband liked the look of this company’s clothes, and we were going on a trip, so we placed and order for 3 items on August 14th for our trip on September 1st. By August 25th, I’d had no word from this company on the shipping date. I emailed them, and Christos sent me an email back to call him to discuss items to perhaps replace the ones I had ordered because apparently they were not even going to ship until October (by the way, that is not stated at all on the order, website, or that they take your money immediately and don’t wait until order is shipped.) I told him I wanted a refund and I wanted an email stating that we’d talked and that is our agreement. He never sent that email, that was the first sign something was amiss. I emailed again and asked for refund. He emailed Sept.8th. Returned from trip on the 11th and no refund. I have tried emailing and calling him multiple times with no response. I finally reported this to PayPal and they are in pursuit of my refund. This is plain theft and yet he continues to do business. Not very well seeing all the bad reviews and his Facebook and Instagram are set up where you can’t review or comment. Very disgusted by this whole situation, but I’ve learned a valuable lesson.
