Klopper Park clinic complain

I have been here since 07:30, the clinic opens at 08:00. They opened at 08:00 and we set outside until 09:00, that's when they started taking names, still no service, they only started working around 10:00 to actually assist people. I am tired, hungry and anxious. And still no where to be helped, they are very slow.
