Overpriced and overrated

If I could I would rate this place 0 stars. Don’t ever waste your money on this place. We were not informed that there will be a function at the venue and were bothered until 23:00. There was no water in to shower (and I don’t mean hot water NO WATER) although there was a message saying you should open the taps and water may take awhile I think 10 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to wait and still have no water. There was no help whatsoever to help with the check in or check out. The furniture was just plain ugly and quite frankly the portraits on the walls are just scary. We could sleep in the Protea Hotel for two nights for the price we paid. When we went to breakfast I was refused water and my only option was coffee or juice.There wasn’t any parking because of the function we were not informed of. 0 stars. Would not recommend.
