Went to Mr Suite Hire Cape Gate Mall. Firstly the lady was on her phone, ignoring the customers coming into the store, I had to literally move my hand over her phone to get her attention, as there were other clients also entering the store. When it was time to fit on the shirt, the lady indicated, "sorry you are not allowed to fit on the shirt" then I indicated that what happens if the shirt does not fit, she allowed him to fit it on, the neck was OK, but the waist line too narrow, she fetched another shirt, the elderly lady shouted from the door just give him a size bigger, but he is not allowed to fit this shirt on either??? when I took the shirt to fit on, the same old assistant said, don't hang it up, just put it one side, and indicated to me a 3rd time, no shirts are allowed to be fitted. This was very embarrassing, as the sore had other clients in, and when do you buy at Markham,, Woolworth or any clothing store, and you are not allowed to fit on the clothing before you buy. The customer service at Mr Suit Hire has definitely gone to far with this attitude, embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. Will never go back to hire, when I went back, the store was closed, but will go back to confront the elderly assistant, and let her know her client service is a big negative for the company. They should advertise on the site, in-sore, or media that clients are not allowed to fit on clothes/shirts, and not shout it out in-store to clients, while the store is filled with customers!!!!!!!!!!
I visited Vodacom Store ag Caps Gate on 10 July 2024 for assistance with a Huawei phone. The lady at the store said she will get a technician who deals with Huawei to assist, which she phoned. I at first did not understand why someone must be called, as there were 4 assistance in the store doing nothing. I then took my phone out if my bag to take a photo of the store, the Afrikaans white male started to use foul language towards me, and said either I delete it or he will phone the police, I said he could phone the police, he was very aggressive and said to me JOU ***EN ****, the female colleague reprimanded him, and he walked to the back office of the store. He said that the technician is not allowed to help me inside the store, that I need to go outside, and be assisted outside the store. The Huawei Assistant said he could not help as the phone was not bought at that Vadacom store, and that they will have to charge me R299.00, but that he will show me what to do, then I have to do it myself. The behavior of the white Afrikaans male, I think he is the manager was uncalled for, he should not be allowed to speak or deal with clients in that aggressive and rude manner. The company should not employ people who swear and speak to humans in that tone, he should be investigated for hus behavior.
