Food cleared from table before the time
My daughters matric ball was at ***alles in Green Point Cape town. The waiters cleared their plates from.the table while they were on the dance floor, moat of the kids did nit finish their food, but their plates wete taken away. They did not complain as the waiters were not very friendly. A friend of mine hosted her mums 70th birthday at ***alles too, and the same thing happened, their plates wrre cleared before they finished their food. Do not leave the table if you are not finished eating, otherwise you'll have no food

Quay 4 complaint
Made a booking at Quay 4 online which apparently was not confirmed. I got a voicemail message from a lady saying she's confirming my booking but no booking was made. The manager now says i did not return the call, there was no mention in the voicemail to return the call, the message of the lady caller said she's calling to confirm the booking. The staff need to be taught how to leave messages. We had to stand in a queue after then only being told they dont do bookings for downstairs seating, although "certain" customers from the back of the queue, were allowed entry before us. The place was pretty unorganized. I should have asked for a refund as our meal was just over R1000.
