Disgusting service, my partner was brought in by ambulance on the 7th May 2025 at 19:00 at 02:00am I was contacted and accused of leave with a patient file, because they did not want to admit they lost the file, it's day 2 we are still in casualty not knowing if we are admitted or being discharged, the only thing they do is just top up drips one after the other, this is how people die, they do not care at all about people's life as long as they get paid with OUR TAX MONIES ******* HOSPITAL Indeed we are just test tubes for these interns!!!!!!
ABSA has to be the wort by far regarding process and competence. An applictaion was done online and approved for credit card, card was then delivered on the 26-09-2022 and all FICA documets submitted, to date FICA has still not been verified , I have been calling like a headless chicken and sent from piller to post . i am still waiting for a call back from Juanita du Plessis for feedback. went to the Branch at Maponya mall they stated that the documents are loaded they just need to be varified and should be done by the 30-09-2022 it is now the 05-10-2022 still nothing. Everytime I call i get a different story and they all use the famous WORD I WILL ESCALATE .. CANT SOMEONE SORT IT OUT NOW.
