This company is incompetent. They made an agreement to collect money on behalf of absa. The agreement was upheld and I paid the amount we agreed on by 30 September 2022 and now they say the account the money was paid into has been closed. How can you provide banking details to pay and when the account is closed. Now who will refund me that money cause I couldn't pay my debts that is why I was in this situation and then I made a plan for that money to pay the settlement and now the money is in a closed account and no one can access it.
