Pienaar Sithole Associates are extremely pathetic!!!

December 2021 I contacted Pienaar Sithole & Associates after I surrendered for debt. Which I was not aware of. At first I struggled to get through. Because the phone just rings. When there was finally answer they are so bad mannered that it feels like they don't want to help. My account is settled with the full amount the same day.January 2022 they sent me a Confirmation payment letter . It's October 10 months later and they still haven't made any updates.My bad credit rating remaims.None of their numbers exist. And no mail is answered. They are extremely pathetic!!!
