I get that MBD has a mandate to recover debts owed, even after the Debts have been bought/ sold to MBD. The constant calls at 07:00 in the morning is always met by answering and the call is dropped, then my wife is phoned directly afterwards and many times have we requested that her number be taken off of their systems. When you call the number back the automated voice recording States that MBD Inc only opens at 08:00 during the week and 08:30 on a Saturday. The consistently rude agents dealt with are really not professional at all as we are not ********s for falling on hard times. I personally was retrenched in February 2023 and due to the debts of Standard Bank bought over by MBD no claims can be placed on the protection plans incorporated into the monthly payments as I was paying furthermore no dreaded disease claims can also be placed in as on the 14th of March suffered and diagnosed from Atrial Fibrillation and had to undergo a Cardioversion to achieve a normal sinus rhythm. In the following months I was only able to get a contractual position that are at one-eight of my normal salary and only 3 months at a time. My last salary income was in November 2023 and its now January 2024 and I am aware the debts needs to be serviced but I cannot find consistent employment due to the Atrial Fibrillation I suffer and being over qualified even for a sales rep position. The rudeness of your call centre agents even went as far the one day that I was told not to pay my medical aid in order to pay the full amounts owing on the 2 debts brought over from Standard Bank. Really not nice if my son has epilepsy and I suffer from Atrial Fibrillation. Train your staff to have more empathy as people do have issues to deal with and we are not ********s because of falling on hard luck times. I understand there are chancers in life but not everybody can be shaven under the same camp.
I purchased software from Tenorshare which did not do the job. They advertise that they will refund the money if one is not satisfied, this is met with a support person that tells you that due to misunderstanding the product, and not a software glitch they will not refund the product. But now I cannot get a refund due to this. Tenorshare appears to be dishonest and not clear in communications, and I will never use their products again.
