My debit order is the 20th of each month. But Month in month out I must wait for the 21st for my debit to go off Am not happy with that you messing my account man I have sent email no response
Is very disappointing that a big company like you guys are playing hide and seek with vumatel I paid for my WiFi or fibre rather . Me and my partner we told no speak to Vodacom when I do they say no vumatel is the right people to speak to An ****en tired now can someone do something with my issue
Am Soooo disappointed and disgusted by their services on the 15th Dec I joined vumatel fibre and I was told that it will be installed the very next day First they got my address wrong I stay in Albertville and they put Soweto address After fixing that they told me is gonna be rescheduled till told am still waiting. My money is gone . And they working with one of the biggest companies Vodacom. Am like a ball being passed through.
Poor service I have ever got my order was supposed to be delivered on the 15 of Jan But oh well we all know that anything and everything here. In south Africa is never done properly and they don't check your address they assume your address till today no order received Spoke to Kyle Kirby and Noluthando none of the has assisted me ..they rather transfer me to this one that one and that one again..am not happy and am going to complain to takkie town too
Pooooooooor service I have been using the app all along now for two days it it says hang tight no order was ever accepted..useless app
My loan was approved on at 13h00 same day cash is their motto I think and I have approved the debit check..yet no funds available in my account..is now 20h00 .. I think ombudsman has to intervine regarding this
