This company has been debiting my account for over 6 years even after I cancelled the service and had to pay for a stop payment for 3 months and they still continue.
I cancelled my subscription and reversed the debit order so they skipped one month then continued debiting. I have the email to prove it. I want a refund from the day of cancelation. How do I go about doing that? Please help, should I go to small claims court?
