Hello my name is Somahle and I came with my cousin Anelisa Mrubata on the 14th of October, I had done my nails with Veronica and during the session I had let Veronica know that the glue is too much and that it is very painful when she puts under the light I even screamed but she didn’t seem to care or be understanding and it made me very uncomfortable, however do note that I have never put on tips with gel and I’ve only put on acrylic which is why I couldn’t really speak on anything during the time and I’ve never experienced that kind of pain in my life of putting nails, however I let it go thinking it was going to go away, but it didn’t and so therefore I was in pain throughout my time having the nails on and was forced to remove them before they could even lift up for me to at least put a fill, but in removing them it was so painful that I had to go to 3 salons to help me with removing them, because of how rough each one was salon was, irregardless the glue has damaged 3 of my natural nails, meaning they all broke in the middle hence why the pain in removing the nails, I don’t understand how you guys work in terms of doing nails on a client but I am highly disappointed, sorbet is a business that is well known and you would think the service is delicate, even when I called on Wednesday the receptionist answered me with a ‘Hello’ it was as if I was calling a person and not a business I had to ask whether or not that it was sorbet, but yet I googled the number. It is not about putting on new nails but it’s about the damage you guys have caused, I’ve never struggled like this with my nails before and to pay so much money for such a painful experience is just horrible and now I cannot even put on a new set of nails because of my actual nails being broken, this is highly inappropriate and I don't appreciate it. I told Sorbet Canal Walk 2 the situation on WhatsApp & they completely ignored me and told me that they were going to speak to their manager and they haven't not once gotten back to me. So I took upon myself to write them online because they have very bad service.
I don’t understand why I have go through so much as a customer, you guys called me on Saturday to purchase a storage space and I then called you guys on Monday and spoke to a guy I don’t remember his name, I thought it was the guy from century I spoke to today on Friday 14/10/22. On the phone I was told to come in the century city branch and secure my space for R499 plus a deposit of R499, I get there and I’m treated bad by this man named Morris and he made me feel as if I’m stupid as if I don’t know what I’m talking about, he therefore tells me that that storage space is not in century but in Cape Town, so I went all the way to century for absolutely nothing after I was told that I must go there and pay, I don’t appreciate the service it was a very much horrible experience I experienced, I don’t know if that how you treat your customers but it is not good. How do you give me a price for a certain storage unit and send me to that branch to pay deposit and price for storage and then next thing I am treated like an idiot by one of the workers, speaking to other people in front of me but I’m the customer needing the service and then he goes on to make me feel stupid in front of my cousin as if what I’m talking is stupid and doesn’t exist, it’s was a horrible thing to go through and I wasted so much time and money in going there while I could have been looking somewhere else for storage space other branches where they know what their talking about.
