I have logged numerous incidents through Pick n Pay Customer Care email and landline with no success. I have had numerous *****ulent transactions on my PnP Smartshopper Card. Im yet to receive any communication on how this happened and whats the resolution. I have now resorted to sending a message on Facebook and hoping for a response. My latest reference ticket number is 1003852587. My Smartshopper card has been cloned and all my Smartshopper Points over R300 in total have been *****ulently redeemed during various transactions
In February 2022 I ordered Hardware material and paid up front. by June 2022 They didnt deliver all the materials. They promised to payback the R19000 due because of the non delivery
