I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received when ordering my new battery. I placed my order and made payment on Friday, September 26, 2025. Early on Monday morning, Leon followed up and provided continuous updates on the delivery process. I received further updates on Wednesday, and my order was delivered on Thursday. Immediately after delivery, I received a phone call to confirm that I had received the battery and was satisfied with it. This is the best service I have received from any company in a long time, and I truly appreciate your dedication to customer satisfaction. Please keep up the great work!
Licence Renewal FAIL! Poorly designed website! No feedback on progress! Been waiting since 5 October 2022 for my licence disk You log tickets and nothing happens, you get zero feedback I got hold of Ardien on 18 October 2022 and he sent me a photo of my issued licence. I confirmed the delivery address and requested a waybill number so I could track the delivery. To date, NO waybill number, cannot get hold of anyone to give me feedback. No progress update on the website, no update of the ticket submitted!
