I gave my machine for a service and after 6 weeks of angst and frustration I received an old worn out machine. NOT mine. Lots of excuses and blame they swapped out the machine with another. Still NOT mine. Top section ok, power cord still broken and bottom foot section with wheels still an old wrecked unit. No resolution forthcoming only useless sorry, sorry sorry. Not helpful. I have kept this jigsaw of a machine because I cannot continue with this service provider. They should not be an accredited agent. STAY AWAY from these ********s
