DO NOT GET ANY FORM OF CONTACT WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!!!! It can take you literally 10 minutes to register, but when you see how terrible their product is they make it practically impossible for you to cancel yoir contract .. look on the internet and see many more frustrated, used, angry, dissatisfied customers like myself that are being taken for a fool using their “online only” no physical outlets **** policy where they manipulate online systems to frustrate and tire “customers” who want to cancel their contracts. It has now almost been a month, I have made countless calls that have cost me over a R1500 airtime, I have wasted hours and hours of my precious time, I have sent dozens of emails to Mweb complaints, and Mweb cancelations(these ****mers have now disconnected their disconnection domain) .. I have sent dozens of messages on their so called “live interactive platform “, wasted many more hours of my life wating in virtual queues(****), where im told im customer 15 in the queue.. after a very long wait as soon as I’m number 1 in the queue this *********, disgusting, manipulative company restarts me and places me back in the queue, I have nade multiple telephonic and email requests for retentions to contact me to help me cancel this ****mer contact, I have been ignored. I have had to take off of work to go into the bank and stop my debit order because of Mweb’s non responsive actions .. I have also made contact with the consumer complaints commission wrt my terrible and somewhat traumatic experience as this companies conduct directly goes against everything the consumer act stands for. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED !!! I can honestly say as a trauma survivor, as a South African tax payer and citizen my wellbeing should never be affected negatively, nor should I be losing time, large amounts of money R1500 because of a money hungry, greedy and ************* company that builds their business on manipulating and fooling good customers using technology to **** and send customers in never ending circles of frustration. I hope the consumer complaints commission investigates these ****mers !!! I have just sent another email to Mweb complaints, received another ticket, no response.. still stuck in their virtual **** that was built to manipulate!!!! Now I turn to Hellooeter, please help me.
DO NOT PAY THIS SCUMBAG ANYTHING, he is a fraudster .. a con artist .. if you deal with this creature you will surely regret it .. Google the reviews and see the lists of people he has scammed, I am one of the unfortunate .. BE WARNED .. William Hawkey is a scam artist that preys on the answers communities offering FAKE services.
