My name is Nzuzo Msani, I am a start up business owner from Durban. I want to warn everyone never to do business with these people and their company, Smiso Investments cc based in Richards Bay. The owners are Thula Makhathini and Mamiza Makhathini. On the 5th of January 2022 I was called by Thula Makhathini, he said he wanted me to supply fruits and vegetables to the sites where they are doing a catering service, Transnet National Ports Authority (Durban) Pier 2, Foskor (Richards Bay), Eagle Room, Umfolozi Sugar Mill - Pty Ltd, Coastal KZN TVET College (Umlazi Campus, Umbumbulu Campus and Appelsbosch Campus). I started on the 10 January and supplied until February 2, 2022. They promised to pay me at the end of February. They have still have not paid me, I have tried everything in my power to get them to pay me. I can't even call them anymore because they blocked my calls. I don’t have the money to go to a lawyer and they know it. I want to warn everyone to never do business with these dishonest people.
