Thousands of rands lost and empty promises

My friends and I bought solar batteries from Africa Megawatt Solar (megawatt-solar.co.za). Hastings Salanje (aka 'Peter') was called on 0749716315 and we picked up the batteries from a premises in Pretoria ave, Randburg and he didn't give me any invoice or receipt. The batteries we bought had issues like they performed MUCH worst than even the old batteries we replaced! Unusable! On contacting Hastings Salanje he just keep on telling us to swop the batteries out. We did this many times (a waist of time and money) and the replacement batteries also didn't want to keep their charge. I then asked for my money back as his batteries all had issues. Hastings Salanje agreed to refund me after returning my batteries, but months later and pleading with him several times he has not paid back one cent. Be warned! He operated as GBS Solar too.
