We had to relocate to Durban as my baby was diagnosed with Leukemia. We explained this to the rental agent, Zak. We signed a one year lease. After moving in we discovered that there is no water daily at this complex. This been going on since last year according to other tenants. Zak knew that hygiene was critical for us but failed to mention the water problem. Further more we are being billed for water every month , an average amount based on the previous tenant's usage. After 2 months prime property informs us that there is also a problem with the meter for readings and we have to pay the average amount which is excessive considering that we spend 3 weeks at a time at the hospital. I'm stuck in a one year lease, I don't have time or money to find another placed. I've been *****ed over by Prime property. Zak or his managers are avoiding me .
