I have never seen a business that take people's money and not respond on how client will get their orders, ita been 4 months now and they don't respond to my messages

Bad service
I am one of their reseller and their services is very bad, I placed an order last year December and till today I haven't received it, I haven't received my commission for December and January I sent emails no one reply even on WhatsApp they don't respond my messages
