USAGCO = 100% Fraud

usagco.org = usagco.com = 100% Fraud. They are promising to get visa by special consular proces but to do this they need fee 3000 USD/person. After month you will get another phone that you passed to next stage but you need to pay another fee 3000 USD/person. After next month the same situation. I asked them if it is not DV lottery program and they assured many times that it is different process but finally I get from them information they applied for DV lottery program for me. Thet took over 21000 USD from me and do nothing from invoices they've send me. I was talking with Grace Moore and Paul Allen. Don't believe them in any word.
