I am Furios I placed an order, no. 108013, with Megewarehouse on the 25/10/2023. Two weeks passed and nothing delivered I sent a message on the whatsup no. and phoned. I manged to speak to someone that said he would have to get back to me as he was having problems with the Cape Town supplier. The second time I called him he said that he would have to pass a credit as there was no stock of the pool I needed. I manage to track down the pool company in Cape Town they purchased from only to find out that they are also trying to get hold of them with an arrear account. The next minute I get a whatsup telling me they going into liquidation. I am disgusted that they took money from us R8 498.00 to say the least. They must have known they were going into liquidation and should have stopped orders on the web. I am disgussted and have no way of getting in touch with anyone.
