Gcartsandprojects Vehicle Wrap Misery and Frustration - Warning to would-be clients!

This business does Vehicle Wrap, and I found them on Facebook Marketplace. I made contact to request a quote for their services to a car that I am quite fastidious about, with a view to some minor custom work. Their quote was reasonable, so we made arrangements to have the job done at my offices in Sandton. After a few communication issues, the job went ahead, and they app**** wrap to my Audi in June '23. They took much longer than expected, but that was not an issue. When the job was completed, I showed the owner, Mr Bellar that there were a few things that required attention, not least the fit on the door mirrors. He acknowledged the fact, and we agreed that the mirrors would need attention or repairs. Three days later, and following a car wash, I sent Mr. Bellar pictures as the wrap was peeling off the drivers door mirror. The started a barrage of messages that he simply ignored. He then took a call and said they had been busy. Mr. Bellar then ignored multiple messages and a month went by with no reasonable understanding or agreement other than his acknowledgement of the problem and required resolution. In August, after a frustrated call, we made an arrangement for Sat morning at 09h00 at my home. Needless to say, he did not arrive, message me or make contact. A further barrage of messages ensued, mostly just ignored, and I then said that I would seek to reveal his shockingly poor service and lack of business integrity on Social Media. I then started to post messages on Facebook, and when I then reached Mr. Bleera to give him further opportunity to resolve the contention and remedy his shoddy workmanship, he blocked me on Whatsapp and said that I had "*********ed" him. I am now left stranded with a car I am passionate about that looks poorly due to his incompetence and unprofessional conduct. Anyone considering using Gcartsandprojects should strongly reconsider other options and service providers.
