I had a little hiccup with the app, I emailed their support team and within 15 minutes my query had been responded to and resolved! I cannot wait for my results from the proudly SA company! Firstly I must say, it is always my absolute last resort to complain about a business on Hello Peter, so when I do, I have exhausted every other option and am at my very wits end. I recently made a purchase on Superbalist through Mobicred of nearly R1000. However, the payment was not received on the Superbalist side, they could not have been more helpful in phoning me, replying and giving me feedback every step of the way and it was concluded that the issue is with Mobcired. When I queried this with Mobicred they basically told me that it was successful and I must contact the merchant. I responded with all the feedback I got from Superbalist and still nothing. I have sent multiple emails, calls, whatsapps where I have recieved zero help. I was told the payment is stuck at the paygate and hopefully I will have feedback by this week sometime... after TWO WEEKS. Cleary Mobicred does not understand the definition of an escalation or that of customer care.
