I am sending this as I am now fuming and beyond angry. I requested and sent in all my documents the beginning of OCTOBER AND been trying since October to get my Provident Fund payout and to date I have not received 1 cent and its 18 NOVEMBER ALREADY. I am disgusted by the way Sanlam has been responding and making excuses why I have not been paid out since beginning October and now our landlord is threatening to evict us, car been taken away, medical bills piling up.......... THIS IS NOT ON AND NOT FAIR SANLAM........ are you going to find us a new home or reimburse out when we are evicted and reimburse us for a car payments? you have put us in extremely difficult and stressful situation and we are really suffering. I am so disgusted in SANLAM I never thought we would be treated like this by you. I am so close to telling my family members who have policies with SANLAM to cancel because of the battle we are having trying to get our money back that when the time comes they are going to really struggle to. I want my money owed to me by SANLAM BY COB TODAY WITH NO MORE ECUSES AND DELAYS - ENOUGH NOW. FROM A FURIOUS CLIENT - CASEY HORNE
I have never been so disgusted in a laboratory……… I am s sickly person and never had such disgusting service from other blood labs. Because my medical aid which I pay every month for and I’m on the second highest level did not pay for some tests. I am now really I’ll and path labs WONT release my blood results to my doctor until I make a payment arrangement with them in the mean time my Dr is worried, I’m worried my fiancé is worried he has said if I end up in HOSPITAL or DIE now just because path labs won’t release my results to the Dr until I make a payment plan my fiancé is HOLDING PATH LABS PERSONALY RESPONSIBLE FOR MY DEATH because they are just worried about money not the patient DISGUSTING SERVICE they don’t care about their patients I will NEVER recommend them they better hope I don’t die ………… law case in them if I do and I’m not the only South African battling to pay accounts and feed 4 and rent and food and petrol can’t believe they are putting us through this stress over money …….. DISGRACEFUL
