So I've been with Wukina as a distributor for two years now. At first it seemed like an amazing opportunity. Hair was delivered timeously and commission was paid on time. Overtime, the cracks started showing. Maureen Kushimo(wukina CEO) acts like she's doing you a favour when you have to get your hard earned money. She'll come up with excuses like you didn't order correctly even though the customer received the hair. You literally have to beg , remind her everyday that you didn't get your commission. The overall attitude of her, along with her staff members is horrible , they don't know how to treat you like a human being. Orders take up to three weeks to get sent out from their warehouse . I am extremely dissapointed considering the amount of effort I have put into this business. It's a constant cycle of dealing with dissatisfied team members and angry customers. Maureen pays members to write positive reviews on this platform. The "empowering women" is honestly the biggest joke ever because the only woman that's getting empowered is her. Bonuses are not paid out within a reasonable time frame or she'll find loopholes or ways to escape paying you for reaching the set targets for the month. Members are often crying due to frustration , especially because wukina is the only source of income for some. A great business concept executed poorly by people who lack humanity and don't actually care about anyone.
