Uber is full of **** , on the 10th at night I requested a cash trip and Uber claims I didn’t pay which is on the recording when the driver told us he need cash neither cash send on the 11th in the morning I requested a trip cash again funny part I took that trip without a hussle I don’t understand why am I still using Uber because even Uber eats they driver take a photo of the food being drop without a code and Uber keep quite till today , please pay back my money and for saying I owing money when I paid you guys , Uber is crocking us daily shame
We worked on the 29th of May till today we haven’t received our money and Midrand office hired the useless idiots on earth they are calling us weekly making empty promises without logging into their system or identifying the problem they’re rude and *********** IEC need to train them shame useless staff indeed they don’t even know that they need to introduce themselves because that phone is not theirs is not a mobile maar a work phone
Vodacom Kathu, staff is so rude incompete , they doesn't want to take responsibility they will tell you that you need to deal with the sales agent who helps they get angry when you use the word you as they owners that I mentioned each and every small details they send you to vodacom and remember they are under different rules and even their consumer rights it's different , we bought phones on the 14 October 2022 on the 17th we visit the shop because we saw deduction , which apparently it's Pro rata that we have never told about they told us the agent is not available therefore we must call vodacom or come back some other time , even though Kathu is based where the is 70%of Tswanas at the store is only rude coloureds , and mind you they manage is always off always apparently her name is Lizzelle ride as hell she can tell you to do what you want through the phone anyway on the 19th October we did go there again and this time we are sick and tired because the is deduction We know nothing about , no airtime is been send for 2 months and they lied and say data took it when vodacom agent from Midrand says nothing is like and we told them on the 17th October that we are not happy they rather reversed everything the attitude we get from them it's ridiculous Shane from Head office at Midrand I hope you did record that call from Kathu store Shop 21/22 61127 she left us hanging and staying 45 minutes at the back well we are busy on the phone , three people we dealing with similar issues this people they need to be investigated and even with the IT same story vodacom people are calling us asking for the details so that I broken phone can be fixed because his attitude stinks Helopeter please help Lizelle your assistant need to be replaced and Kathu people please speaks up this is wrong in so many levels
