Scam BARE Shapewear

I ordered 3 bras from BARE shapewear on 7 November. Per their website, delivery is within 7-10 days. They also state on their website that they will respond within 24 hours if you contact their support email address. I have not heard from them for more than a week, when following up on outstanding order. I suspect this product is a scam.
