Shocking- still await receipt of an item ordered.

I placed an order for a Surfboard grip and leash, a week later the items had still not arrived. I spoke to a chap named Warren, whom was confused as to why my order had not yet arrived. I initially had no proof or manner of tracking this order. I later received a tracking number and was able to track the newly sent out order, which arrived 3 days later, however I only received the grip and not the leash. I followed up on this multiple times, sending an email to three different addresses, with no response to this day.
