I bought a bed online - its been 10 days and i havent received any feedback on my ETA , the whatsapp chat is ridiculous repeats themselves a agent will be in contact the email no one responds the calls to head office are never answered they have my money and i have NOTHING i will never buy from you again Disgusting to say the least
Machine ATM did not dispense my money and was not returned I received 10 different lead and turn around times This is pathetic to say the least Secondly - i called the securties and they advised that the money dispensed and returned into the ATM on the camera I have been told that 72 hours , 5 working days 4 working days and 48 hours for investigation . How if this is all money you had and unable to buy any necessities
I have been trying to call Nedbank call centre for the entire morning i came through to the correct department and i told the lady take my number i know i will be cut off and low and behold i was cut off its almost 10h00 AM and im still trying 6 times or more i have been trying
My internet connection has been down since the debit went off my account I have been trying to reach BareMetal support for days, The worse service i have seen ... I would not recommend them at all, When you need a isp be sure to know that Baremetal will not be your GO TO Stay clear .. I am still awaiting feedback from them...
I have written to them for 3/4 weeks and still have received no response unless i ask - the matter has been escalated but still no answer Pick and pay smart shopper teams my card declined and i wasnt able to swipe for the car competion 4 times until i fixed it myself i asked them to escalate it for me so i may get my points Nothing happened so many calls so many contacts mails - i was just told the matter is escalated and now i have lots points to the value of 4 x R650 and the free gift that comes with it
ood morning Trust this will bring light and urge maintenance to do a proper job Me being a member of the group rewards I visited the Caledon hotels pools as a day visitor yesterday 23 December 23 I remember pools being cleant over Mondays I cannot even believe that those algae, dirt and filth was cleant last Monday I was utterly disgusted We arrived at about 9 Am we left at 11:45 Bathrooms were wet and and not maintained The paving was so disgusting- but most of all the pools filled with algae most of my 9 family members bathing costumes were damaged with green due to the overall cleanliness of those pools - it’s such a hazard you can’t stand to walk out properly as you will easily slip - inside the pool before getting out You have all these signs slippery when wet But you do not address the slipping in the pools that’s disgusting We have been going there for years and I must say that we are actually happy that we went there for a day instead of a weekend . The money effort and resources were wasted

We have paid Telkom and they continue debiting we were promised that the payment will be allocated yet they debit and the money is still in LIMBO probably
