Good day, I am being harassed by a consultant from Lynn and Main attorneys, I can’t recall her name but she called me this afternoon at 15:35 using the number 0832860178, she has been harassing me since November 2025, claiming I have a credit card with them that I said I would settle, I keep on explaining to her that I have paid off my known credit cards in November and I don’t know of this one, I went to ABSA where they confirmed that as an ABSA client I am only allowed to own 2 credit cards, so where does this one I’m being harassed about come from? I always tell her that information and she insists that I send her information about the paid off credit cards and I refused to do so as that is my personal information, today she proceeded to shout at me and tell me she will take legal action against me and rudely hung up. I then proceeded to call the ABSA ***** line and they also don’t know this “3rd” credit card, in actual fact there is no credit card outstanding under my name….. I will now continue to stalk and harass Lynn and Main Attorneys like they do me, until I find that lady and proceed with legal action against her and the company for harassment and *****ulently forcing me to pay something that doesn’t belong to me.
Good day I wanted to find out how to complain about bottled water a certain brand called go zone I bought a 10 L I think it was a month ago and it smelt like paraffin or petrol and I went to pick and pay that’s where I bought it and pick and pay said that they will contact the goal zone owner in Polokwane and he came back to me he apologised and offered me a 10 L bottle and 24 500 mL bottles as compensation and today I have here a 5 L bottle that smells exactly like the 10 L bottle it smells like paraffin or petrol and I remember when I went to go pick up my compensation water one of the employee told me that the smell could be because of the ozonation Chemical or something like that I’m not sure but he said it’s not harmful or anything but for me it gives me a lot of gas and I’m bloated it makes me bloated and this is happening with the second batch of water that I have consumed from Gozone so I wanted to know how do I take this matter further how do I get compensated feather because it’s affecting my health as well I’m uncomfortable and bloated, I just want to find out what one should do when in such a situation and to see that I’m not just wasting my time on fighting this and I want to know if the chemical is deadly or harmful and what will happen to me as I have consumed a lot of water coming from Gozone. I don’t have any receipts my husband didn’t care to keep them because he didn’t know but like I said the first bottle I bought at pick and pay and they referred me directly to the Gozone owner in Polokwane and he did not dispute it at all and like I’m saying this is the second bottle my husband says he’s not sure where or when but if I do take it I think I’m going to try and take it back they know that this happened because they have said they’ve had this case about three years ago so it’s not the first time but it’s just that it’s never happened Since three years ago they don’t dispute owning the water it’s just that it’s a concern for me because it’s happening for the second time it doesn’t sit well with me, this bottle is like from 2 days ago, I hadn’t touched it since I’d send my son to pour me for water me and today I had to pour it myself as he is away, and subconsciously I just took a whiff at the bottle and yep it smelled the same way. And to be fair I have consumed their between these two incidents it wasn’t this bad I actually thought maybe it’s the smell of the packaging as it was not as strong in smell as the two I’m complaining about. So I guess I’m the unlucky one?????
On 26th November around 1:30 am,I processed a transaction from my banking app. I transferred some money from my Absa account ot my FNB account for personal use. Having waited a few days, I discovered that the money had not reached the desired destination. I went into the ABSA branch in Jabulani Mall and I was informed that I had inserted the incorrect branch code and the money was "Hanging in the air", whatever that means. I was told to wait a few days so the money can be reversed. I have been waiting for the money back and it has not happened. I have not been contacted and there has been no communication. So with that said, I acknowledge that the error was on my part and I am prepared to follow whatever process that needs to be followed but someone has to tell me what that process is. I do not work for ABSA therefore I can rectify my own error, can someone explain to me how to remove my money from "The air" and have it correctly allocated back to my account. If this is not done, I would like to have my money back so I can move to a more competent institution. I need my money, I’ve waited 5 working days as per instruction from your staff, I want my money today!!!!!!
