GOPAL'S LEATHER AT GATEWAY SHOPPING CENTRE
I bought a beautiful purse from Gopal's at Gateway in Umhlanga. I got home and realised it was too big to fit in my handbags. A colleague was going to Gateway and said she would return it for me. She came back to work the next morning and said there wasn't a problem returning it. Then Gopal's at Gateway called me to check my banking details, then they called back again the next day to say they had done the transfer! I was absolutely blown away by their service. THE BEST CARPENTER
I discovered I had subterranean termites in the frames on both sides of my sliding doors. They had eaten away till they were almost hollow. I was given Leighton Smith's number and met him at home. What a wonderful man and what a wonderful job he did in repairing the damage perfectly, as well as more things around the house I found for him to repair. He was so professional and emailed me a quote with a complete breakdown of everything that needed doing. And as I added more work, I received a price for that job so knew exactly where I stood. The guys working for him were amazing as well. And a BIG thing - 110% honest in my home. Leighton is an absolute perfectionist and I recommend him to anyone. I'm a widow and can't tell you how often I have been taken for a ride. He came to do my sliding doors and can't believe how neatly everything was done. He ended up doing cupboard doors in my kitchen, front and kitchen doors, security gates, outdoor coffee table............ And he's coming back to do my bedroom next, gates, railings :)

JOY TRAMPOLINES IN GLEN ANIL
I am over the moon with the service I received from Derrene from Joy Trampolines and Eric who removed, repaired and reinstalled my 27 year old trampoline. Derrene told me when they would collect the trampoline and they were there on time and today Eric arrived not a minute late to reinstall it. What pleasant people to deal with and i'm so happy with the finished job. Slowly slowly the springs were breaking off the trampoline and all that has been repaired and I've got a brand new trampoline.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
Mopani Pharmacy are wonderful to deal with. I've been buying from them for a couple of years and have never had a problem, Last week I put my order in one afternoon and had it the next morning delivered with a huge smile. And they always have great specials on :)
