Top-Class Assistance from Debbie and Pierre at Mahindra Garden Route
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mahindra Garden Route for the exceptional service I received. A special thank you to Debbie from Finance and Pierre, the salesman, for their outstanding professionalism throughout the process. Despite me being based in Pretoria and the dealership being in George, they handled the entire transaction with remarkable efficiency. Their service was prompt, precise, and consistently honest — qualities that are rare and truly valued. Both Debbie and Pierre went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience, keeping me informed at every step and delivering exactly what was promised. Mahindra Garden Route has clearly set a high standard for customer service. Their dedication, friendly approach, and commitment to excellence made this one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. RSAWEB Not Honest & Not Reliable (Do Not Use There Services At All)
RSAWEB does not word and explain there contract status in terms of there month to month Fibre options. RSAWEB does not offer a month to month as the correct terminology is Annual Commit and billed Monthly with a Cancellation fee if the service is cancelled within the 12 month contract period. I brought this to light and explained that upon the request i requested specially a Month to Month service as i knew i would be moving in the near future. I brought this to light and even offered to pay 50% of the cancellation to be honor RSAWEB's contract which was not correctly disclosed at all. And they denied that as well. Guys be very careful with RSAWEB. MWEB i know for a fact has Month To Month offerings for up to 50/50MBPS links. I would not recommend RSAWEB in general.
