An irate customer
I have never received such horrible service! I have made countless calls and sent countless emails and have been promised that I'll be contacted. I pay my service on time monthly and because of an error on their side providing me with incorrect information my line has been cut. I was told a ticket will be open and I'll receive and email I have received absolutely nothing. I will be moving my service from cool Ideas as this is the treatment clients get
