On 1 October 2025, Elelwani Anna Ratshalingwa (ID: 8906291203081) was admitted to Thembisa Hospital for low blood levels. Upon admission, Anna was able to walk, talk, and communicate with family and friends without difficulty. She received a blood transfusion and responded well. On the following days, both her husband and my wife spoke with her, and she remained alert and able to communicate clearly. On 3 October, Anna advised her husband not to visit that day, as she was feeling well. Later that afternoon, I was unable to reach her by phone. At 20:19, the hospital informed her husband that Anna had fallen from her bed and requested he visit the next day to discuss her condition with the doctor. On 5 October, we visited Anna and found her unconscious, with visible injuries to her head and swelling around her eye, as well as blood stains on her left ear. The nurse reassured us that the injury was not too severe, explaining it was just stitches above her eyes, even though a trickle of blood escaped from her left ear. Anna Ratshalingwa's passing at a young age has left her two daughters and husband behind. We seek accountability for this incident, which resulted from the nurses' reckless actions at this hospital. When I asked the attending nurse (Reranzo Ngovheni) about the incident, she explained that Anna had experienced a seizure and fell while being assisted. However, the incident report only stated that Anna fell from her bed unassisted. We believe there was negligence in her care, which contributed to her passing. As her family, we are seeking appropriate compensation for the loss caused by this negligence. As Anna's family, we urgently request a meeting with the hospital's highest authority and immediate access to all incident reports. We are convinced that Anna's fall directly led to her untimely passing. We expect the hospital to take full responsibility by covering all funeral expenses.
I am getting very tired of explaining my case every time I contact your customer care support, This was a Flexible savings Investment with Greenlight, which reached maturity last year in September, after maturity, I requested a withdrawal of my funds (R22,502.53). The bank statement showed that on the 25/09/2024 money was transferred out of my flexible saving account, and it seems your organisation has no clue where the money went. Due to the long waiting since November last year, please sort this issue within your organisation, and I would also need compensation for the trauma and stress that your organisation brought to me through this process. I have borrowed money from friends and family just to survive, whereas your organisation is sitting on top of my money, or sent my money to the wrong person I will highly appreciate it if I get urgent feedback on this issue This is not my first query, my first query on hellopeter was on the 28/02/2025, and I am still waiting for proper feedback. I have sent numerous emails regarding this issue, but there is no one willing to help me I have exhausted all the options, and your organization doesn't care about it I have no patience anymore I just need my money at this moment This is a huge issue because those funds owed to me must be transferred to me urgently
Good day Sinazo, You are right, the last amount was R497- which was debited by mistake, and this I managed to claim for refund and was returned back to me The maturity money R22,502.02 of my flexible saving account as per my attached bank statement, Please explain to me where the money was sent to? because after maturity I never got that money back Yesterday(26-02-2025), I went to the branch, and when they followed up my case, they could see that this case is with finance waiting for the final approval for this withdrawal When I send an email follow up, I want to hear about how far the follow up, and how long will this take to process? When you tell me that there are no funds, are you implying that your organization took my money? Do me a favour, check the attached bank statement and tell me where the money was sent out to on the 25/09/2024? That is the money that was supposed to be sent to me, but your organization seems not to have located the whereabouts of the money image.png Please let me find closure, so that I know that I can open a ***** case against your organisation. The only thing that I want to know is; where my money was sent to? and why was it sent to the wrong person Since the 15 November 2024 till today- I have no clue about my requested withdrawal funds
