Shane Visagie now trading as AAA Precast Walling and quoted for tree removal took 50 percent deposit and never pitched to do the work. After several calls refunded less than half of deposit paid and now being frustrated to try and recover balance. Saps advised to keep trying and if no response to then file charges.
