Absolute scam, rip off. I was quoted R2700 for a major service on the 9th December 2022. Made a booking for 20th December. Wanted to pay bt was told to pay afterwards, got a receipt with the amount of R2700. I ended up paying R6370. The guy who phoned me to say they busy with this that and the other NEVER told me it's going to cost extra for this and that,he informed me of a part that they don't have which will take 21 days from France. Upon arrival with the same R2700 in the receipt I got from them, I was only then Informed about the 6k . When he was called he said he told me what they busy with and the part that they don't have, I asked and told him why he never said it's going to cost extra, he could not answer me. This is a complete rip off, he did not even have the decency to say, sorry , let me see what I can do, he just simply walked away and I had to pay. When I got there another gentleman was also complaining about money matters , this now looks like the norm. I will never recommend them , Absolute sharks. Thanks to the receptionist who tried to make sense of it all and wanting to help me , she atleast was honest and just as confused as to why.
