Horrific
I unfortunately only saw the negative reviews after using this company today. Stay far away!!! They simply proceeded with the work without quoting me and their charges are over the top for only 15 min of work, not to mention a bad attitude from Chris and his team.

Huge disappointment
These guys seriously need to improve their customer service on the servicing side at the Randburg branch - what a disappointment. Booked motorcycle for a service and requested cost estimate before doing any work. Received no communication whatsoever during the day, had to call them after 3pm to follow up - sooo unprofessional. Upon collection bike was not cleaned properly, in fact it was cleaner before the service. If you are looking for professional trustworthy service then steer well clear of this place.
