Stay away from MAKRO / VALUE LOGISTICS / VALUE EXPRESS / RWS COURIERS
I've placed an order online on the 29th of November 2024 - not only was 90% of the black friday specials out of stock after the payment has been made, but I've also been waiting for my order to be delivered up until today (19/12). Makro is ignoring my whatsapp's, messengers and emails, and there's no way you get through to the call centre to speak to an agent. They use Value Express and RWC Couriers for delivering the goods, their service are even worse!!! They deliver the goods separately; they literally delivered the toilet paper one day and the next day they delivered the pine gel! Why not put everything in one bakkie and bring it at once!! All of the staff members are absolutely horrible, their response everyday is; "sorry there's a backlog". This is now costing me to drive from Thabazimbi to Makro Wonderboom to collect the rest of my outstanding order after a month!! Even if Makro had a 90% discount sale I will NOT purchase ANYTHING ever from them again!! This is utterly pathetic!!

WORST MUNICIPALITY IN SA
This is THE WORST Municipality in South Africa!! No qualified employees - they cannot fix the problems - the staff is NOTTTTT friendly AT ALL!!!!!!!!!
