Bad service
I had a very bad experience with them twice now. They are very unprofessional. When you get to their branch they are rude. During loadshedding they won't release your order nomatter how far u travelled. They don't answer their calls, they don't respond to messages. They can't find my clothes and they won't refund.

Scammed me my money
There is zero customer support. I deposited money on Moya App and it never reflected on my Moya Pay. Sent dozens of emails, Facebook messages and even sent them messages with proof of payment they do not respond. It's a Scam do not trust them with your money
