Disgusting service almost criminal. Sold my car without even notifying me. Pensioner

What can I say, I as a pensioner had my car towed away by Kurts Towing who own Black Diamond Panel beaters, 2020 never to get my car back again after 3 years, going backwards and forwards with a woman who worked at Black Diamond ( Charleen) who kept on telling me that the insurance was on the verge of paying me out for the damages to be fixed ( who I was claiming from the third party of the taxi industry). I had absolutely no communication from Black diamond about them intending to sell my car, I found out in August 2023 when this woman Charleen kept on telling me the car was there still and that they were starting it everyday and she new it had been sold months before, I still can't believe it, this was the only thing we had of value and Kurt thinks he could just sell it with out even a notification, I have asked for the sales agreement and the papers showing the car was taken out of my name, but nothing no one has responded to my emails. I wish I had money where I could take them to court to fight them on this, they feel nothing. as for this woman ( Charleen Wolfardt) that worked at Black Diamond she is the worst fraudster always lying to my face every time, but I would give her the benefit of the doubt because of my trusting nature. This has been a big lesson in trust on my part. She cost me my car with all her lies, I have a policeman as a witness, who came with me to confront Charleen, where she admitted she was at fault and promised I would get my car back, but to no avail. At the time of the accident my car was still drivable , the driver there kept on saying don't worry it wont cost you a thing, lier, it only cost me my car. Next time I will remember, if I am in an accident never to let them take a vehicle from me again. Neville Boddy
