Bad service ordered weaves in December and till 03 March no delivery. I send the whatapp messages they ignore them Yet everyday they posting specials. Unreliable people ..I have been asking for refund at this stage still they ignore my messages
Absolute 💯 service...I placed my order and paid in the morning. Same day I git my parcel..I will be back to review the product that I bought based on their advice.
I have had the worst service from this company. You would expect that when you have lost your loved one they would try to make things easier for you. My son passed on due to unnatural causes I submitted the claim. My claim could not be finalized as they advised that the form they recieved was faint and the highlight is that the questionnaires that are on the form that you get from the bank were there ones that were faint. It was not the answers that the detective wrote on the form that were faint. I visited 2 branches and the last being in Kokstad they really tried to assist me (Cassie thank you). Today I recieved a call and 1minute within the call I got cut off and as per norm they didn't bother to call back. I recieved a sms now advising me that they require the posmoterm report. It has changed from form being unclear to now posmoterm report that I have no access to as am awaiting the court to call me and advise of a date. I have never been further frustrated as I believe they should have their investigating team that can contact the police/investigating officer as these details were provided to them. I am very disappointed by this treatment And if I can add if they call you and you miss their call, trying to get hold of them is impossible. You call back the number only to be told that division doesn't take calls you will just have to wait for them to eventually call back.
